Diagnose
Before we change anything, we measure everything that matters.
BranData Diagnose is a fixed-fee, evidence-based examination of your marketing system — how it's built, how it's connected, and what it can actually tell you. Every conclusion is traceable to something we can show you.
One engagement, three levels
- Diagnose — the engagement
- Five to six weeks. Your documents, your systems, your team's independent answers — and three conversations with your actual customers. About ten to fourteen hours of your leadership's time, in planned blocks.
- The Reading — the session
- Ninety minutes with your leadership team. Your marketing, seen as one system — likely for the first time — explained by the person who examined it and answers for every finding.
- The Intelligence Map — what you keep
- One page. Your whole marketing system: its strengths, its breaks, and the next transition, drawn clearly enough to guide a year of decisions.
What happens
- A fit conversation.
- Forty-five minutes to establish whether Diagnose suits your business. Mutual, unhurried, free.
- Evidence.
- We read what exists, trace how your systems actually connect, and ask your leadership the same questions — separately. The differences are often the finding.
- Conversations.
- Structured interviews with your team, and three with your customers. What was promised, and what was experienced.
- Analysis.
- Every organ of the system rated, every connection tested, every rating tied to evidence.
- The Reading.
- The findings, the Map, three priorities — never more — and the honest verdict.
What you receive
The Intelligence Map. The full written report, with every finding cited. Three priorities, each classified honestly: what you can do yourselves, what needs help, and what needs building. And the next transition, named in one sentence.
Sometimes the answer is: you don't need us.
The report tells you what your system needs — including the parts you can build yourselves, and the cases where the honest verdict is "not yet." We put that in writing when it's true. A diagnosis that can't say no isn't a diagnosis.
Who it's for
Diagnose is built for businesses where trust does the selling: customers decide slowly, a wrong choice costs them dearly, reputation drives demand, and your expertise is the real product. If that describes your business, the fit conversation will confirm it — in both directions.
Diagnose is a fixed fee, stated plainly in the fit conversation. It is never free — and it is designed to be worth it even if we never speak again.
